Site Supervisor - Ductwork Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising ductwork installation crews and subcontract labor

Leading toolbox talks, inductions, and day-to-day site coordination

Monitoring work against program, drawings, and spec

Recording site progress and submitting daily/weekly reports

Managing on-site logistics and ensuring clean, safe working environments

Supporting QA and compliance documentation

What they're looking for:

Experience supervising ductwork or mechanical installation packages

A proactive, hands-on leader who knows how to motivate operatives

Awareness of H&S best practices, with SSSTS or SMSTS preferred

Ability to communicate clearly with both site and office-based teams
