You will be working for a large media merchandising company with offices across the globe. They are a small but dynamic finance team who are looking for their latest addition.
Your new role
You will be working as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper.
Duties Include:
- Processing supplier and client invoices/payments and entering this data into Xero.
- Chasing payments
- Supplier account reconciliation
- Creating new supplier forms
- Petty cash reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Processing inter-company transactions
- Multi-currency bank reconciliation
- Managing the inbox
- Employee expense claims
- Producing a weekly cash flow report
What you'll need to succeed - 2-3 years experience in AP and AR.
- Intermediate Excel and Xero
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proactive mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
What you'll get in return After 6 months, this role has scope to become hybrid. Initially it is 5 days in the office
