Mechanical Supervisor

• Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technicians in the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Interpret and work with schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Must hold Valid CSCS , SSSTS and Mechanical qualifications.
