About the Role
Take charge of the operational backbone of a thriving practice, ensuring seamless administration and back-office operations, allowing the Partner to focus on client relationships. You will be supporting a wealth manager to provide bespoke financial solutions for the individual needs of a client bank of high net worth individuals and businesses.
- Provide top-tier technical and administrative support, maintaining exceptional customer service standards for the Practice's esteemed clientele.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external parties, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure swift processing of business transactions using specialised software (e.g. Salesforce, iBusiness, Voyant, FE Analytics), leveraging platforms like Salesforce to uphold high Quality of Documentation scores.
What You Bring

Experience and Skills
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce, iBusiness, Voyant, FE Analytics (Desirable)
- Excellent financial administrative skills (e.g. uploading client information, producing product illustrations, business submission, DocuSign, etc.)
- Experience of providing executive assistance to senior staff (e.g. minuting, diary management, client enquiry management etc.)
- Experience of supporting compliance processes
