Senior Lettings Valuer

Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency in Hertfordshire, an award-winning firm, is continuing its growth journey and is now looking to appoint a Senior Lettings Valuer to help drive forward the expansion of its successful lettings division.

This is a key role within a high-performing team, suited to an experienced and ambitious lettings professional who thrives in a competitive market and is motivated by excellence and results.

As a Senior Lettings Valuer, you will be offered:

• Up to £30,000
• Realistic OTE of £50,000

As a Senior Lettings Valuer, you will be responsible for:

• Generating and conducting market appraisals for rental properties across the local area
• Securing instructions and delivering an expert, professional service to clients
• Building trusted relationships with clients through clear, confident, and intelligent communication
• Representing the brand to the highest standards, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their property journey

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Valuer role, you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced lettings environment
• A proven track record in valuing and negotiating residential high-end properties
• A client-centric approach with strong commercial awareness
• ARLA qualification (desirable) or currently working towards it
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
• A proactive mindset, confident decision-making ability, and professional presence
• A charismatic and engaging personality that connects well with clients and colleagues alike
