Flight Doctor

Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for Flight Doctorsworking on Adhoc / contractor Basis.

IMG have had the privilege of repatriating & evacuating hundreds of people to places of safety and, their home countries for many years. We have managed this with our outstanding team of flight nurses & Drs who have worked with us for many years. As IMG grows, and the demand for repatriations increases we are recruiting more flight Nurses & Drs into our team.

What We re Looking for:

• Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice.
• 4 years post registration experience with at least 2 years in an acute field such as ICU/A&E or pre-hospital roles.
• Experience in aeromedical retrievals.
• Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and with confidence.
• Experience of professional or personal international travel.
• Must be dynamic and adaptable in response to the unpredictability of international patient transfer.
• Demonstrate an understanding of normal anatomy & physiology and the impact of disease, illness, injury & stresses of flight on the patient.
• Have studied or working towards CCAT course or other aeromedical retrieval course.
• Hold a full right work in the United Kingdom.
