Position Overview:
We are seeking a finance professional to join our team as the Head of Group Strategic Finance. This is a unique position where you will be working on a number of finance related workflows and initiatives in the context of a scaling private-equity backed and international business.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in corporate finance and private equity.

Responsibilities:
You will serve as a key strategic advisor to senior management, overseeing high-value and high-impact areas that are governed through the Treasury policy by CFO, Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The role will report directly to the Group CFO.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Processes: Lead and manage strategic financial processes, including refinancing, repricing, and setting up business plans.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee treasury functions, including cash liquidity management, debt refinancing, and maintaining good relationships with banks and lenders.
  • Financial Planning: Support acquisitions and finance acquisitions, ensuring the development and execution of effective business plans.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with shareholders and manage lender presentations, reporting, and queries.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure a deep understanding of the business operations and financial controls, working closely with local CFOs and group finance teams
Qualifications & Experience:

For this role. the right candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in corporate finance, preferably within private equity.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic financial processes and treasury functions.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with banks, lenders, and shareholders.
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Experience working in mid to large-cap private equity firms.
  • Background in managing complex financial transactions and strategic reviews.

Hybrid working:
