The role involves supporting clients in their interactions with professionals such as community mental health teams, housing providers, and Job Centre Plus, while also developing co-produced group activities, peer support networks, and other community-based initiatives that promote personal growth and wellbeing. They will actively monitor the health, safety, and wellbeing of clients, responding to concerns in line with procedures. As part of a flexible team, they will contribute to overall service delivery, support colleagues, and take initiative in completing additional tasks as needed.
