SEND Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Term time only)

Salary: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive schools in the Lewisham area.

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social, emotional & behavioural needs.
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to encourage engagement and learning.
• Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Helping with classroom management and adapting resources to meet individual needs.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or other settings).
• Patient, caring, and resilient with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
