Learning Mentor

About the role: Work with identified learners to boost engagement, attendance and confidence through targeted mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured mentoring programmes linked to academic goals

Support organisation, study habits and revision planning

Work closely with teachers to align support with classroom priorities

Track impact and celebrate progress with students and families

Requirements:

Experience mentoring teenagers (school, coaching or community)

Positive role model with excellent rapport-building

Good literacy/numeracy to support learning tasks
