We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Battersea. This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate to develop their career in education while supporting students across various subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them meet their learning goals.

• Assisting the teacher with planning and delivering lessons.

• Encouraging positive behavior and maintaining a focused, supportive learning environment.

• Monitoring student progress and offering feedback to the teacher.

• Supporting students with additional needs to ensure they are engaged and included in lessons.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in any subject (essential).

• A passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
