Pre Construction Manager

Job Title: Pre Construction Manager

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Bromley

Day rate: £380 - £400 PER DAY

Client:

A tier 1 Contractor who specialise in a variety of sectors including, MOJ, Healthcare, Residential, Education and MOD

Project:

My client are currently working on a Healthcare contract where the works include roof replacement, fire door replacements, entire ward refurbishments and refits

Duties:

• Liaising and working with Design team to chase down drawing for operations team
• Writing Programs
• Work on multiple projects at same time
• Maintain and develop new subcontractor resources
• Work with Project Managers during the transition pre construction through to live projects
• Create initial working schedule for projects
• Interface with clients
• Produce, collect, and distribute pre construction RFI s
• Review all project documents for compliance with budget, company/client standards and constructibility

Experience:

• NVQ Level 6 or above in Construction Management
• 5+ years of construction experience in a similar role
• Previous experience as PM, Project Engineer, or in Pre-construction for a construction company
• Healthcare experience would be advantageous
