Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and high-achieving Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Brent. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 while working closely with experienced teaching staff.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Support children with additional learning needs
Help with planning and preparing resources
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A 2:1 or above undergraduate degree in a core subject from a Russell Group university
A genuine passion for education and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude
Previous experience working with children (e.g. volunteering, tutoring, mentoring) is desirable but not essential
