Maintenance Officer - Housing Estate Southbank

Location: Southwark, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Salary: £31,000 + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive and effective maintenance services across the estate.
• Carry out both planned and reactive repairs to a high standard.
• Ensure health & safety compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, commercial tenants, and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with another Maintenance Officer to maintain estate quality.

? What You'll Need

• Proven experience in fabric/building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, fixtures & fittings).
• Skilled in multiple trades and comfortable working in occupied and void residential properties.
• Knowledge of small-scale refurbishments and relevant health & safety practices.
• A Level 2 or higher Maintenance Qualification (desirable).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to quality.
