Experienced Paraplanner - £45K-£47K Bonus Benefits

Location: The City of London

Due to continued growth, our client, a leading City-based wealth management firm, is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative team and support a group Chartered Financial Advisers.

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 - £47,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

• Fully funded support towards the Level 4 Diploma (DipFA )

Key Responsibilities

• Support advisers with client reviews, appointment scheduling, and tailored review packs
• Attend client meetings and assist in gathering relevant information
• Liaise with Paraplanners to produce accurate suitability reports
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
• Maintain accurate client records and new business pipeline reports
• Handle client queries, book appointments, and provide timely updates
• Get involved in occasional projects such as year-end tax planning exercises

Skills & Experience

• Level 4 Diploma (DipFA or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Paraplanning role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
• Confident using MS Office; experience with Voyant, EVPro, or FE Analytics is a plus
