• A relevant degree and UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by 1st September 2025
• Strong subject expertise across a range of Social Science disciplines, particularly at Key Stage 5
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
• A track record of excellent classroom practice and a commitment to raising achievement
• A forward-thinking, inclusive teaching style that supports a diverse student population

Salary & Benefits:

• A competitive salary of £43,000 to £66,000, depending on experience
• Additional TLR payment of £5,641 for departmental leadership
