Description:

WPRG have an exciting opportunity for a Class 1 HGV Driver to work on a temporary ongoing basis for our highly successful and established client based in Dagenham - Essex.

What the Class 1 HGV Driver position entails:

• Long distance driving
• Deliveries to various stores around the south of England in a Class 1 vehicle
• Trunking
• No Handball
• All drivers must be presented appropriately and require a good level of English skills due to the nature of the job.
• Assessment is required (Theory Test and Short Drive)

What's on offer for the HGV Driver Class 1:

• Start times vary between 02:00 - 04:00 and 15:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Sunday)
• Rotas based on a 4 day week (5th day available if working hours allow)
• Guaranteed 12 hours minimum pay per shift
• Full time work available
• Fixed shifts

Pay Rates- PAYE:

• Monday to Friday between £19.95 and £21.88
• Saturday:£22.53 ph
• Sunday: £23.81 ph
• Bank Holiday: £28.95 ph
• Minimum 12hrs guaranteed pay per shift
• Fixed Shifts

You must fulfil the following for this Class 1 HGV Driver position:

• Valid UK C+E, HGV 1, Class 1 licence.
• UK Digital Tachograph Card.
• Full UK CPC card (driver qualification card).
• Full UK Licence ( 6 points acceptable, No DR10 or IN10).
• 25yrs +
• At least 6 months experience on class 1.
• Basic/General understanding of English
