Currently we are looking for an Artisan Experienced Head Pastry Chef (Not croissant maker) in our Blackheath Village Location.

Ability and Attitude :
Good Communication Skills with the team.
To be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities/ Duties :
- To prepare and and bake Sufficient amount with minimum wastage
- To ensure all preparations is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
- To ensure prepping entremets is carried out quickly and efficiently and keep up when busy.
- To assist in completion of relevant paperwork reproduction and wastage sheets, cleaning records etc
- To ensure the kitchen and prep area are clean, tidy and organised during each day
-Experienced in Cake writing
