We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning AJ100 firm based in London, celebrated for its innovative approach to architecture and design. Work as a key player in the team shaping mid-high rise residential and educational projects for one of the top design firms in London.

This role is ideal for a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist with a background in residential design, who is confident using ArchiCAD and/or Revit and delivering high-quality designs at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

Office:

• Location: London
• Hours: 8:30-5:00

Duties:

• Lead mid and high-rise residential projects from RIBA Stage 4 through Stage 5 with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in London to ensure project success.
• Develop technical designs and construction details for high-profile projects.
• Drive quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for junior team members in the London office.
• Use Revit and/or ArchiCAD to create CAD drawings.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an Architect or Architectural Technologist with residential and/or educational projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit.
• Hands-on expertise in technical design and delivery at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Proven ability to independently lead projects to completion.
• High-level 3D modelling skills and attention to detail.
