Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction contractor delivering prestigious refurbishment, heritage and restoration projects across London.

The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team working on complex and unique schemes, including historic buildings, listed properties and high-profile commercial projects. • Manage the commercial performance of refurbishment and restoration projects.
• Lead cost planning, valuations, variations, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Work collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
• Provide commercial insight to support successful project delivery.

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
• Strong refurbishment, heritage or restoration project experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial management skills.
