Secondary Supply Teacher - Chelmsford

Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher - Chelmsford Location:

Chelmsford, Essex

Various High Schools in the City work with us very closesly and require Supply Teachers, to cover a range of subejcts on a flexible basis.

Salary:

£130 - £200 per day

Job Duties:

• Conduct engaging and informative lessons for secondary school students in various subjects.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Evaluate student progress and provide valuable feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote student learning and well-being.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS check
• Proven experience in teaching secondary school students

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Confident leading a classroom of approximately 30 Secondary aged students

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the UK national curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
