Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join our team in London! ?

? Provide timely, personalised care and support to adults with non-complex needs? Assess social care needs based on agreed eligibility criteria? Arrange and coordinate social care services safely and efficiently? Work closely with statutory & voluntary organisations to deliver best outcomes Keep accurate records and stay up to date with IT systems and relevant legislation ? Support service users and carers to maximise their independence and choice? Take part in team development and supervision meetings? Ensure confidentiality, equality, and compliance with Council policies

Compassionate, proactive, and committed to high-quality social care Familiar with Adult Social Care policies and legislation Skilled at working with individuals and teams to improve services Ready to embrace the Council's values and work within its Constitution

Location: London Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Pay: Up to £38.27 per hour (Umbrella)
