Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access learning. Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating progress. Helping deliver creative, engaging activities that spark curiosity. Working closely with teachers and SEND specialists to meet individual needs. Being a role model who motivates pupils to believe in themselves.
