About the Role

This Teaching Assistant role focuses on supporting students with additional needs including ASD, SEMH and ADHD. You will work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to provide structured one-to-one and small group intervention within mainstream lessons.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 SEN classroom support
• Implement personalised learning plans
• Support emotional regulation and engagement
• Adapt learning materials where required
• Liaise with teachers and external professionals
• Monitor and record student progress

Requirements

• Experience supporting young people with SEN (preferred)
• Calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Psychology graduates encouraged to apply
• Passion for inclusive education
