About the Role:
Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional in-person support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deskside Support Engineer in our London office. You ll be at the forefront of IT operations, providing VIP/white-glove support to senior stakeholders and ensuring a seamless technology experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex hardware and software issues, performing break-fix support, and managing laptop builds, imaging, and deployments. You will leverage tools like SCCM and Intune to streamline IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our end-user environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove/VIP support to senior executives and key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless technology experience.
- Deliver deskside and in-person IT support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and other essential software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform laptop and desktop imaging, configuration, and deployment using SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools.
- Manage software installations, updates, and patching via SCCM and Intune to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Own incidents from start to finish, ensuring swift resolution within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Maintain IT procedures, standards, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to reduce recurring issues.
- Contribute to IT projects, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience providing in-person IT support to senior executives in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Expertise in white-glove/VIP support, with the ability to work under pressure and provide a high level of service.
- Strong knowledge of break-fix troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and laptop imaging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Office 2016.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for device management and software deployments.
- Familiarity with call logging systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for efficient ticket resolution.
- Experience working in legal, finance, or accountancy sectors with exposure to bespoke applications (e.g., iManage, BigHand, Document Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.

Additional Information:
- Location: Full-time, onsite role in London (Monday to Friday).
