Junior Maintenance Engineer

• Junior Engineer needed for our Equipment reliability team based at Dungeness Power Station, Kent

Contract roles or permanent ways of working available.

Ideally 2-3 years post Graduate working within a heavy industrial site

• Conducting data trawls and providing analysis, and assisting in the production of Equipment Reliability Reviews in collaboration with the System Engineers.
• Monitoring the System Health Indicator Programme (SHIP), identifying trends, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting suitable remedial actions.
• Arranging and attending cross functional plant walk downs, allowing an up close assessment of the physical material condition of the plant and equipment.
• Supporting Engineering in assessing maintenance policies, component criticality and making amendments where appropriate.
• The ability to self-motivate, work to deadlines, both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
• Liaising with key stakeholders within the Engineering Dept and other groups across the station.
• Produce accurate, insightful reports on plant conditions acting as a technical conscience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present information concisely to various audiences.
