Turning Point operates a complex hybrid IT environment spanning on-premises and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. These platforms are critical to frontline service delivery and must meet high standards of availability, security, and operational assurance.
We are now recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager, who will be responsible for the leadership, resilience, and continuous improvement of Turning Point’s core IT infrastructure services. This is a hands-on leadership role, accountable for translating strategic and architectural direction into high-quality operational delivery across infrastructure, cloud, network, identity, and security platforms.
The role offers flexible remote working, with occasional travel to key locations such as London or Manchester for collaboration, governance, and supplier engagement.

Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced infrastructure leader with a strong background in delivering and operating secure, resilient IT infrastructure services within complex enterprise environments.
You will bring:
Experience in cloud cost optimisation, FinOps practices, leadership development, or security assurance is desirable but not essential.
