Commercial Plumber (Mechanical Engineer) - Milton Keynes / Bedford

Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMLocation: Mobile role covering Milton Keynes and Bedford

? About the RoleWe're seeking a qualified Commercial Plumber supporting healthcare facilities across Milton Keynes and Bedford. You'll work on a mobile basis, maintaining and repairing systems in community hospitals, health centres, and administrative buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and
• Reactive repairs (40% PPM / 60% reactive)
• Collaborate with a team of electricians, gas engineers, and HVAC specialists
• Participate in a 1-in-6 or 1-in-7 call-out rota
  • Standby pay: £175
  • Call-out window: Friday evening to Monday morning

? Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Completed trade apprenticeship route
• Experience in commercial plumbing and building services engineering
• Current DBS certificate (within the last few months preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
