Salary up to £80,000 (OTE £100,000), Earnings Year 3 should be circa £140,000

You will provided with a portfolio of HNW clients to validate your salary with a goal of increasing income through new business activity.

Your Role as an Independent Financial Adviser:

• Meet clients virtually or in-person to understand their financial objectives and life goals
• Deliver clear, actionable financial strategies across pensions, investments, protection, and more
• Keep clients informed of changes to legislation, new solutions, and relevant updates
• Generate new business via referrals, introducers, and supported lead-generation initiatives
• Leverage digital and in-person marketing to grow your client base
• Maintain accurate records and deliver reporting as required

What They're Looking For:

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and valid CF30 status
• A clear, client-first approach and genuine care for long-term outcomes
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and digital engagement skills
• Proven ability to develop new business through planning, networking, and referrals
• Comfortable engaging with clients from all walks of life - from business owners to retirees
