Sales Assistant to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of 28,000, Plus yearly company profit bonus. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from new and existing customers to provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Work closely with the marketing team to qualify and follow up warm leads
- Conduct heat loss calculations using H2X and create and amend line drawing using AutoCAD
- Conduct customer visits / trade shows to support sales efforts and build customer relationships
- Input quotes and orders into sage accounting systems and maintain records on salesforce

Experience required:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- Experience with Sage, Salesforce and AutoCAD are desirable, but training will be provided for all systems
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
