We are working on behlaf of a special school in Slough seeking a dedicated and dynamic Class Teacher to join the team. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role where you'll have the opportunity to truly transform the educational experience of incredible pupils.

• Deliver creative and tailored lessons to support the needs of pupils with communication and interaction challenges.

• Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

• A qualified teacher with QTS (MPS/UPS).
• Passion for supporting children with SEN, particularly in the areas of communication and interaction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive mindset.
