Looking for a highly skilled Chartered Surveyors with a strong background in valuations to join our leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for Senior or Associate level Surveyors who are looking for a change and be part of a company with a clear vision.

Conduct valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending purposes.

Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards.

Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you will need -

RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property valuation.

Strong understanding of the secured lending process in both commercial and residential real estate.
