EA for Ops - £40 - 50K - this would suit an experienced PA / EA who is keen to move into a project-focused role

This newly-created role would suit an experienced PA / EA who is keen to move into a project-focused position, great opportunity for the right candidate who has excellent organisational and client-focused skills. Your role will involve onboarding clients who are looking launch / or scale their businesses, to this tech-focused company's insurance platform; you will liaise B2B and be a point of contact for all portfolio companies.

Great opportunity to take on this new role as part of a small Operations team, company is 20 staff with plans to double their client base in the coming 12 months. You will support the sales team to onboard newly-won clients with all regulatory requirements plus ensure that current clients are happy and their platforms are working well, with monthly check-in meetings.

Friendly, entrepreneurial team - you will work across the business and have the opportunity to be involved in wide-ranging projects as the team and company grow.

Experience as an EA / PA in a corporate environment plus some account or client management duties - excellent IT skills are also key as this is a tech-focused environment. You will need to be adept at problem-solving and have strong communication skills.

SME in financial services with growth plans, based in the City, office days Monday - Thursday with Friday WFH each week.

£40 - 50,000 plus benefits - WFH one day per week, great office and sociable team.
