Role
We're looking for a welcoming and professional Boutique Assistant. You will be responsible for creating and organising a pleasant shopping environment for their clientele, providing excellent customer service and driving customer loyalty. The focus is on creating a warm, high-quality experience for every guest, providing excellent customer service following the company customer experience protocol- Maintaining and developing Client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Record customer preferences, sizing, and special requests for future visits or orders.
- Process the vsales - Prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures.
- Support sales team in their daily client activities- Gift cards preparation, purchase of small client gifts.
- Process Customer Service - Prepare product related documents and follow payment procedures when needed.
- Perform Customer Service activities allowed in the boutique (shining,engraving)
- Welcomeclientandeasetheirwaiting(offerdrinks,showcatalogs,touroftheboutique,informonwaitingtime)
- Maintain a client book with personalised notes to support clients and repeat business.
- Write short summaries of key customer interactions, sales made, or special orders placed.
- Help document VIP clients' preferences and follow-up needs.
- Assist in writing clear, attractive signs for promotions, sales, new arrivals, or styling tips.
- Ensure all hand written or printed signs are accurate and match the boutique's brand tone.
- Help with labeling products, writing style names, prices, and brief descriptions of tags if needed.
- Maintain handwritten or digital stock lists when receiving new merchandise.
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, front of house, or a similar customer facing role.
- Someone polished, friendly, and calm under pressure.
- Confident working with high-profile or VIP clients.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with fine jewellery or luxury brands is a plus but not essential.
- Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to accept change.
