Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued success and exciting expansion, our client is now looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team based at their Central London office. In this permanent role, you'll contribute to prestigious office fit-out projects across the UK, ranging from 50K up to and beyond 10M, partnering with both blue-chip corporations and boutique firms to deliver outstanding results.

As an integral part of the commercial team, you'll balance strategic office-based responsibilities with regular on-site engagement, ensuring each project consistently achieves excellent quality standards and profitability targets.

• Salary: 40k - 65k DOE

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

• Hold a HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum 3 Years' Experience
• Must have prior experience within design and build fit out
• Open to AQS's looking for the next step
• Must be professional and presentable
