Job Requirements/Description

The Role:

Do you feel you have more to offer but lack the opportunity to do so? We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our People team. Reporting to the People Director, you will play a key role in delivering people focused HR performance aligned with our wider business strategy and operating model.

Roles and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to

Act as a key HR contact for internal stakeholders, supporting our Head of Workforce HR and People Director

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Design, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and employment legislation

Manage employee sponsorship processes and visa compliance.

Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes.

Identify opportunities and champion initiatives to streamline and improve HR processes.

Work with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactions.

Track key HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions.

Assist in onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, compliance, and exit processes.

Manage and communicate leave policies, tracking balances and advising employees on entitlements.

Assist with onboarding, including producing offer letters, contracts, and pre-onboarding compliance.

Administer employee rewards and benefits, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.

Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of rewards and benefits.

Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

About You

Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth private sector business.

Degree qualified, CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Organised, efficient, and responsive

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion.

Keep up to date with market trends and demands

Keen to learn, develop and grown within the role

Strong Excel skills and numerical abilities.

Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.

Proficiency in HR software systems would be an advantage.
