Senior Project Manager - Construction

A successful Construction Consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within their London team in response to growing workload within CAT B Office Fitout sector.

The Senior Project Manger's Role

The Senior Project Manager will be working on both Residential and Office Fit out projects, ranging from up to 35m.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project daily from start to finish. Conducting front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the construction process on-site.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Degree in relation to Project Management
• Previous client facing Project Management experience.
• MRICS
• Project Delivery Experience
• Previous experience working on CAT B projects
