Junior Air Conditioning Engineer

As a Junior Mobile A/C Engineer you will be responsible for maintenance on A/C Systems across a portfolio of sites in London, covering commercial and high-end residential properties.

Candidates should hold either F-Gas Cat 1 and a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in air conditioning and refrigeration or have some relevant experience within maintenance of HVAC systems.

Duties

• To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
• Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs
• Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
• Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
• Experience carrying out maintenance of various types of AC units within commercial sites.
• Must have a UK Driving License

Salary and Benefits

• Salary £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
