High End Residential Commercial Manager

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have experience delivering High End Residential projects to be considered for this role

This opportunity is for a London based Prime Residential contractor who are seeking a team leader to oversee their commercial department.

Your role in short, would be to manage all Quantity Surveyors in the business. Making sure processes are followed with detail and will use your management skills to get the most out of your team Ultimately delivering the best product for the client!

You will act as the main point of support for the Commercial Director.
