Mobile Building Services Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for Mobile Building Services Engineer in London. This is focusing on mainly commercial contracts including office and schools. There is a small element of high end residential works but this is not the main part of the portfolio. Our client will provide you with a van and fuel card which you can use for personal usage.

About the role of the Mobile Building Services Engineer:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance this is both within the mechanical and electrical space
• Reactive breakdowns
• Alarms/Water testing
• Small amount of work on AHU and FCU

Experience need for the role of the Mobile Building Services Engineer:

• Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical Ideally but will accept Electrical

• Up to 44K dependent on experience
• Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
