Your Role

As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of a wide range of mechanical and electrical quantity surveying services under the guidance of a Team Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing cost advice on M&E services for building projects.
• Evaluating costs and offering alternative proposals to ensure value for money.
• Advising on contract arrangements and conditions.
• Handling all aspects of pre- and post-contract work.
• Preparing measured term accounts for contractor-based clients.

What We re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you ll need:

• A BSc in Quantity Surveying (or a similar degree or vocational qualification).
• Min. 3 years experience in M&E quantity surveying
• A valid and clean UK driving licence.
