?? Location: Colnbrook
?? Hours: 7-7 (Day or Night shift avaliable)
?? Shifts: 4 on / 4 off
?? Days £36-38,000 / Nights £38-40,000
 Join our client as an Export Clerk, where you'll play a key role in managing time-critical shipments across the globe!

What You'll Be Doing:
?? Handling AOG / time-sensitive air and road shipments
?? Communicating with customers via phone & email
?? Preparing and managing export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, customs, security, airline liaison etc.)
?? Ensuring accurate AWB ratings and compliance with IATA & airline regulations
?? Arranging pre-alerts, post-flight updates & quotations
?? Coordinating Crosstrade movements

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience with AOG exports or freight forwarding
? Aerospace/aircraft parts shipping knowledge ??
? Calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills ??
? Computer literate and self-sufficient ???
? Car driver (due to location) ??
? Flexible to cover holidays on opposite shifts if needed

Nice to Have:
?? GCSEs / A Levels
?? Multi-lingual skills
?? Forklift License
?? Minimum Security Cargo Op trained

?? Systems You'll Use:
??? Boxtop, e-Customs/CDS, Microsoft Office
