Job Advert: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer - SE1 0BH, London

Rate of Pay: 27.40 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 16th January 2025 - 10th April 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 (Travel time paid at 1.5 hours when worked 9.5 hours in the day)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team, delivering exceptional maintenance and compliance services across a prestigious site in SE1 0BH, London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all L8 compliance checks and statutory monthly PPM checks.
• Quote for faults and ensure timely reactive repairs and PPM tasks.
• Maintain QHSE documentation using CBRE systems (e.g., logbooks, eLogbooks, hazard reports, PPE records).
• Ensure compliance with CBRE ISO 9001/14001 and all Quality Management Systems.
• Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance performance and meet client expectations.
• Organise and assist in repairs for M&E systems, including BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, and LV Electrical Distribution.
• Respond promptly to callouts and emergencies as required.
• Promote CBRE core values and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver services in line with CBRE policies and procedures, prioritising Health & Safety at all times.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• L8 Awareness
• City & Guilds 2392 (Inspection and Testing)
• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong technical knowledge of M&E systems.
