Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with experience in the Windows, Glazing, or Curtain Wall sectors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and distribution of documents, and supporting the project teams to ensure smooth workflow. This is a hybrid working position, offering flexibility between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, track, and manage project documentation related to Windows, Glazing, and Curtain Wall systems.

• Maintain document control systems, ensuring all documents are filed and easily accessible.

• Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of project documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific requirements for documentation.

• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate document flow.

• Provide regular updates and reports on document status to project stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or architectural industry, specifically with Windows/Glazing/Curtain Wall systems.

• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Knowledge of construction terminology and document control procedures.
