Contracts Manager (Roofing experience ESSENTIAL)

On behalf of my client, I have been asked to source a Contracts Manager with roofing experience (ESSENTIAL) to commence work on a permanent basis ASAP.

Job description and requirements

• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Knowledge of roofing systems - ESSENTIAL
• SSSTS/SMSTS - Preferred but not essential
• Meeting with potential and existing clients
• Ensuring smooth running of projects - programme is being adhered to
• Arranging labour where required

Location

• Initially office based in Brentwood, Essex
• Once up and running, the possibility of working remotely can be considered

Salary and benefits

• £45,000 to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
