Business Teacher Needed in Milton Keynes!

About the Role:

Supply Desk is working closely with a fantastic school based in the Milton Keynes area, seeking an ambitious Business Teacher to start immediately or after Easter 2025. The school is looking to appoint an outstanding teacher with experience in delivering all areas of Business at Key Stage 3, 4, or 5, and who excels in classroom management. You will be passionate about creating stimulating and engaging lessons, while building positive relationships with students and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Business curriculum to students in KS3, KS4, or KS5
• Assess pupils' prior levels of attainment and set future targets
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and the online curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of pupils' work
• Mark and return work, including homework, within agreed timeframes
• Set targets for students' social and academic progress
• Foster respectful relationships with students to support their development

Requirements for this Business Teacher position:

• QTS, PGCE, ECT status, or equivalent (Unqualified Teachers are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Business at KS3 and KS4
• Relevant degree or certification in Business
