Are you a Commercial Manager with experience working on major infrastructure projects?

Have you worked for a main contractor as a Commercial Manager?

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team to work on HS2, to manage all assigned commercial activities within the project environment.

Location: Willesdon + hybrid working
Salary: up to £95,000 + travel allowance up to £9000 per annum

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Manager will include:
Ensuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified to the Contract Leader.
Preparation and agreement of applications for payment or the assessment & preparation of payment certificates.
Interfacing with customer's commercial and project teams
Produce pre-contract tender negotiations & reports where necessary
Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise / close out supply chain contracts.

Requirements:
RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).
Hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS / CICES
Minimum 10 years experience working in a commercial function in the construction industry
Experience of developing & implementing procurement and contract strategies
Experience working on major infrastructure projects
Experience working for a main contractor
