NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable charities in London in order to help them find a Home Manager who can run their semi-independent services in North London. This is a permanent role, so it is stable.
They are the supported housing provider and they help improve accommodation and outcomes for young people aged between 16 and 17 in contact with the youth justice system at risk of custody (remand or sentence).
The Home Manager is this role will working closely with the local authorities in order to deliver programs of activity for young people that encourage responsible decision-making and steer them away from offending. This is done by fostering positive development- especially in areas like education, vocational training, employment, and essential life skills- delivered within a trauma-informed setting.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Home Manager or Registered Manager with experience in leaving care, housing support, or residential care for children and young people.
A relevant qualification (e.g. Social Work, Probation, Youth Justice, Residential or Youth Work) is required, along with strong knowledge of youth offending, substance misuse, mental health, and complex needs.
