Residential Conveyancer

Talent Guardian is working with an established and forward-thinking law firm with offices in Morden and Wanstead. Known for their strong client relationships and specialist expertise they are looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and professional team.

About the Role
We are looking for someone with a broad range of experience in residential conveyancing who can handle matters independently from start to finish. You will be joining a supportive environment where your input is valued, and your development encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New builds, lease extensions, shared ownership, and Help to Buy
• Registered and unregistered land
• Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
• Collaborating with our Private Client department where necessary
• Maintaining strong client and referrer relationships

What We are Looking For

• 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
• Ability to manage files autonomously and confidently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
• Friendly, approachable and a team player
• Willingness to get involved in business development and networking
• Comfortable using case management systems (LEAP experience is a plus)

Competitive salary: £40,000 £55,000 depending on experience
