Position Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join our clients successful clinic. Their clinics are performing exceptionally well, and we offer an attractive commission structure with achievable targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering aesthetic treatments with a focus on laser and skin treatments
• Maintaining high standards of client care
• Meeting sales and treatment targets
• Building strong client relationships
• Adhering to clinic protocols and treatment methods

Essential Requirements

• Seven years of consecutive experience in aesthetic practice
• Level 4 qualification in Aesthetics (laser focused) OR Level 5 in Aesthetic Practice (7 years Experience)
• Strong background in laser and skin treatments
• Proven track record in aesthetic treatments

Salary & Benefits

• Probationary period (3 months): £28,000 basic salary
• Post-probation: £32,000 basic salary
• After 6 months: £34,000 basic salary
• After 2 years: £36,000 basic salary (subject to meeting attendance and sales targets)
• Excellent commission structure - highly achievable with strong earning potential (OTE approximately £50,000)
• Commission rates are competitive and rewarding

Progression

Salary progression is based on:

• Successful completion of proprietary training method
• Meeting attendance requirements
• Achieving sales targets
• Length of service

Interview Process

• Initial face-to-face interview
• Trial/practical assessment day

This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975, requiring a Disclosure submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for any prior convictions.
